At Interlink Networking Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality networking products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your return and refund options.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose based on your preference)

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Items must be in resellable condition

We do not accept returns for:

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Any services provided by Interlink Networking Solutions, including:

  • Network installation

  • WiFi setup

  • Structured cabling

  • Consulting or troubleshooting

are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or started.

If a service appointment is cancelled:

  • More than 24 hours before: full refund or reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours: cancellation fee may apply


🧾 7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped:

  • The order must follow the standard return process
